The PL Custom Classic provides the perfect compromise for Fire Departments/EMS personnel and their maintenance teams. The classic series include 147”, 156”, and 170” bodies. Optimized layouts are easily capable of supporting both full sized advanced life support and fire service needs.
Our lightweight formed interior takes advantage of the contours of the chassis, which provides noticeably more interior space and a higher payload capacity than any other ambulance conversion. The lightweight Malley conversion will reduce operating costs by improving fuel economy and decreasing wear on replaceable chassis.
The PL Custom Medallion sets the highest standard for emergency vehicles today. The medallion series include 80 (147” Body) and 170 (170” Body). The Medallion uniquely combines innovation and durable construction with the finest fit and finish in the industry.

Why remount? Are you happy with the layout and functionality of your existing ambulance body but the cab needs replacing? Remounting the body on a new chassis may be an economical alternative, saving you tens of thousands of dollars over the cost of a new ambulance. We can remount onto the same or a different make of chassis. Interior upgrades include upholstery, flooring, and cabinets.
